The greed of some nations for their own betterment at the expense of others who live in poverty has led to unprecedented violence throughout the globe. We have driven some animals to near extinction, we have poisoned our planet. Change is necessary for the planet and ourselves to survive. It is time we joined hands and said enough is enough.

Peace is the necressary prerequisite to solving most of mankinds problems. Think how much the 450 trillion dollars spent on the Iraq War could be better used

It is quite obvious now that humanity is on the wrong track. But saying that I do believe that we are at a cross road, it is our job to make sure peace works, so let's do that job!

We need to stand up to those who lead others to fight wars only to complete their hidden agendas. There are no winners in war. So to be led to one proves that the leader is weak and unethical.

Nobody wins in a war- innocent people get killed & war doesn't solve the problem. Focus on the solution not the problem. Wars only satisfy the greedy arms dealers. People need peace to grow & thrive. Peace be with you all.

I was one of 2 million who marched for peace through London in 2003. It hurts that our efforts were ignored by the people we elected to represent us. We must continue to vote though. Democracy and choice are the only ways to peace.

Amidst the shadows of a war. Far deadlier than those before, that feed off hatred and distrust, of ignorance and power ,lust. I dream of peace and dreams come true. Don't they?
yes they do.
